Keyple (Minseok Song) built the Fade app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Keyple at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Information Collection and Use

We do not require you to manually register an account, and we do not explicitly collect sensitive personal information (such as your real name, email, or phone number). However, to provide the Premium features (In-App Purchases), we use third-party services. During this process, anonymous device identifiers and purchase history are processed solely for the purpose of verifying and unlocking premium content. We do not have access to your payment details.

Data Retention Policy

We do not store user data on our own servers. App settings and usage data are stored locally on your device and are retained only for as long as you keep the app installed. Anonymous purchase identifiers and subscription statuses handled by our third-party provider (RevenueCat) are retained on their servers as long as necessary to maintain and verify your premium access, in accordance with their privacy policy.

Data Deletion Mechanism

You have the right to delete your data at any time:

• Locally Stored Data: You can instantly and permanently delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the app from your device or by clearing the app's data in your device settings.
• Third-Party Purchase Data: If you wish to request the deletion of the anonymous device identifiers and purchase data stored on RevenueCat’s servers, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request promptly.
• Note: Requesting data deletion does not automatically cancel your active subscriptions. You must manually cancel your subscriptions through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store settings.

• Internet / Network State: Required to process in-app purchases, verify your premium subscription status with third-party servers, and restore purchase history.
